Service Adjustment Policy

If the guest is not pleased with the service receive at Revive Salon + Spa please follow the instructions below:

+ Guest must notify the salon manager or the stylist within one week of the appointment to be eligible for a service adjustment. If the guest fails to notify within the one week and would like any changes, the guest will be responsible for the cost of additional services.

+Additional product cost may be charged to the guest depending on the circumstances of the service adjustment.

+The service adjustment is to only be made with the original stylist to receive no charge. If the guest is unwilling to see the original stylist, the guest will be charged for additional services.

Cancellation Policy

We ask the guest to call the salon at minimum of 24 hours to reschedule an appointment if needing to cancel at Revive Salon + Spa. We understand emergencies and illness happen and a last minute cancellation may be necessary, but if able, we appreciate if we can get a notice in advance. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff members, as their livelihoods are directly impacted by their appointments. When a client does not give enough notice to replenish a last-minute cancellation or if a guest doesn't show up without any prior notice, our staff members still dedicate their time and effort to be available for the appointment, resulting in a lost opportunity to accommodate other clients. In order to compensate for their efforts, we have structured our commission-based system, where our staff members rely on each appointment to support their income. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.


Beauty Professional Pricing

 When stylists have reached a certain number of years, their prices are raised to reflect their experience and education. Here at Revive we strive to employ highly skilled and experienced hairdressers who have undergone extensive training and have a track record of delivering exceptional results.Our stylists are up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry knowledge and charge accordingly to that. Please ask beforehand for a quote for your stylist if needed.

Promotional Discount Policy

All promotional discounts must be mentioned at the time of checkout to be valid. We also request that you indicate the source of your discount, as this is a standard practice in most industries. This information enables us to better understand the effectiveness of our marketing strategies.


Clothing Policy

We want to take utmost care to ensure that your personal belongings remain unaffected by any chemical application. However, we advise against wearing any cherished items during the procedure. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damage caused to your clothes or personal belongings during your visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
